So the commercial aspects for YouTube become clear – I’d wondered how it would pay its way and now I get it. Ad breaks are coming! and then kick-backs for video makers who get really high rankings. Brilliant. Target the ads to the content so they won’t be quite so annoying to viewers and presumably the response rates should be pretty good too. I’m struggling to see the down-side other than YouTube is pretty international, so certain brands won’t be interested, other than that where’s the catch? I’ll read on and find it.
Anyway as the summer holiday time starts to fade and we all look forward to the return to cold and wet UK, the only difference being the cold bit perhaps this one about sums it up I think.
