Finland is back on the electronics PR map

Posted by Chris King on 13th June 2013

Back in 2011 Finland’s premier electronics publication Prosessori closed its doors and left the home of Nokia and one of the most dynamic start-up scenes in Europe bereft of any meaningful media targeted at electronics engineers.

Finally, after two years of waiting there is some good news. Swedish publisher Elektroniktidningen has joined forces with former Prosessori news editor Veijo Ojanperä to launch the new Finnish online publication Elektroniikkalehti. The site is already up and running at www.elektroniikkalehti.fi and will cover all aspects of professional electronics including components, devices, networks, power, embedded systems, test and measurement, design & programming, manufacturing and distribution.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who is going to have trouble pronouncing Elektroniikkalehti so it’s worth knowing about the website shortcut www.etn.fi.

So there we have it, if you have a need to reach electronics professionals, semiconductor designers or OEM companies in Finland then Veijo is your man again… pitch away!
