When COVID-19 hit, Emarsys grabbed the opportunity to step into the spotlight as the tech partner for online retail brands, with a data-led storytelling tech PR campaign that fuelled brand awareness.
Using real-time anonymised sales data from 2,500 Emarsys business customers, we created the online COVID-19 Commerce Insight tracker. If the media wanted an angle, we had it. From purchasing puppies to bulk buying BBQs, our story drumbeat created media cut through, generating coverage, increasing SOV, and driving web traffic.
