B2B tech PR agency Wildfire has been appointed by AI-powered operational excellence platform Serve First to lead its UK communications programme.

Serve First helps organisations improve customer experiences and business operations by turning customer feedback into instant, actionable insights through AI. Alongside its intelligent insight platform, the company also delivers customer experience and operational audits, enabling businesses to identify opportunities for improvement, compliance and drive better outcomes.

Wildfire will help build Serve First's profile as one of the industry's most innovative and disruptive B2B brands, while also further raising the profile of founder and CEO Erol Ayvaz, bringing his long-standing customer experience expertise and perspectives on AI to a wider audience.

The programme will include media and influencer relations, executive profiling, thought leadership, content creation, creative campaigns and activations.

The appointment further strengthens Wildfire’s reputation as a top martech PR agency, with the B2B tech PR agency having delivered award-winning campaigns for brands including SAP, Optimizely, Fixtuur, Magnolia CMS, Contentsquare, Fullstory and many others.

Speaking on the appointment, Chris King, Co-Managing Director at Wildfire, commented:

"Brands built around creating great customer experiences naturally lend themselves to creative communications. From our very first conversation with Serve First, it was clear they weren't interested in following the crowd. Erol's own experiences in the CX industry showed him there was a better way of doing things, so he went out and built it. Working with founders who challenge established categories and create something genuinely new always makes for the most compelling content, campaigns and PR stories."

Justis Saayman, Head of Marketing at Serve First, said, "As we enter our next stage of growth, it was important to find a partner that not only understands our market, but also sees the creative opportunity within it. Wildfire quickly understood what makes Serve First different and shared our ambition to tell that story in a way that challenges expectations. We're looking forward to creating work together that gets people talking."
