B Corp Impact Report 2026

July 2026 marked three full years since Wildfire became a certified B Corp. It’s a milestone we’re proud of, but more importantly, it’s a chance to look at the progress we’ve made and where we can do better.

Being a B Corp means considering the impact of the decisions we make on our business, and also our people, clients, communities and the planet. Two years into being 100% employee-owned, that responsibility is now shared across our team of 32 co-owners.

Over the past year, we’ve continued to focus our efforts in four key areas: people, planet, governance and community. From investing in our team and creating more opportunities in PR, to volunteering 96 working hours, donating 1.3% of our net profit to charitable causes and continuing to reduce our environmental impact, there’s plenty to be proud of.

Our 2026 Impact Report brings all of this together, sharing what we’ve achieved over the last 12 months and how we’re continuing to put our B Corp commitments into practice.
