Driving impact as a B Corp agency
July 2025 saw Wildfire’s second full year as a certified B Corp, marking our ongoing commitment to being a technology PR agency that prioritises people and purpose alongside profit.
Through the B Corp framework, we’re constantly looking to improve how we run our business, empower our employees, deliver results for clients, and make a positive difference for our community and the environment.
Our transition to 100% employee ownership in May 2024 has had a significant impact, empowering our 32 co-owners to take an active role in shaping our business this year, launching initiatives that deliver meaningful impact for our people, clients, community and planet.
People first
We’ve continued to build an inclusive, equitable workplace, increasing our annual tax-free bonus and ensuring the same amount is awarded to everyone, at all levels, and committed to the London Living Wage.
New benefits such as enhanced paternity leave, a sabbatical programme, and confidential mental health coaching enhanced our existing family-friendly policies and healthcare benefits — helping us earn a 98% Great Place to Work score and a place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list.
Community commitment
Our co-owners have championed diversity and inclusion, from mentoring through PRCA’s PRISM programme to supporting local refuges, giving blood, and taking part in fundraising events.
We were also one of only 40 PR agencies to report our data for PR Week’s gender and ethnicity pay gap, and we are one of only 25 agencies to receive the top 4* rating in PR Week UK's 2025 Transparency Report.
Client impact
For our clients, we’ve delivered an 88% client satisfaction rating, with 87% of our clients confirming we’ve had a positive impact on their business — up from 81% in 2024.
We’ve also attracted new clients who align with our team’s desire to work with purpose-driven tech brands, with PR campaigns launched for tech companies that deliver environmental impact monitoring, roll out EV charging points across Europe, provide bodycams to aid citizen safety and protection, and are contributing to cancer research.
Environmental awareness
This year, we introduced a salary sacrifice EV scheme to encourage greener travel and shifted to a green data centre. We’ve maintained our 100% renewable energy use, saving 17.3 tonnes of CO₂ emissions to date, and ensured we offset any air travel with donations to the UK’s Woodland Trust.
