Work somewhere that works for you.

Employee ownership. Transparent pay. Proper flexibility. Real support. Room to grow. Everything Wildfire offers to help you do brilliant work.

Why Wildfire works differently

Benefits are only useful when they actually make work and life better. So we’ve built ours around the things that matter most: sharing success, supporting real life, making pay and progression clearer, and giving people the space to do great work.

  • 100% employee owned

Since May 2024. That means everyone here has a genuine stake in where the business goes next

  • Multi-award winning agency

Tech Agency of the Year in 2024, 2025 and 2026, plus EMEA Agency of the Year 2026

  • Officially a Great Place to Work®

Certified a Great Place to Work® and one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work

  • Top-rated for transparency

One of just 25 agencies to receive a 4* rating in PRWeek’s UK Transparency Report

  • Proper family support

Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, IVF, surrogacy, carers and bereavement support

Own the work. Share the success.

When Wildfire does well, our people share in that success. And it seems to be working: we’re certified a Great Place to Work®, recognised by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work and have been named Best Tech Agency three years running.

We’re transparent about pay too. Our package is benchmarked every year against PRCA industry standards and all salary bands are published internally, so you know where you stand and what comes next.

Plus, you’ll also get:

  • Pension matched up to 4% when you contribute 5%

  • Discretionary annual bonus

  • £1,000 refer-a-friend scheme

Support for real life

Life changes in ways you can’t always plan for. Families grow. Health needs attention. Money gets complicated. Sometimes things are brilliant, sometimes they’re hard, and often they’re happening at the same time as work.

Our benefits and policies are designed to give people practical, meaningful support when it matters most.

Benefits for every shape of family

Families come in all shapes, and our family-friendly policies are built to reflect that. We have a suite of benefits covering every stage of family life.

Health, mental health and everyday support

We’ve put proper thought into supporting people physically, mentally and emotionally – all of it is designed to be useful in real life.

Policies that work for you

Good people.
Good work.
Good impact.

The benefits matter. So does the feeling of being part of a team that cares about the work, each other and the wider world around us.

At Wildfire, that means making time to enjoy being together and using the business as a force for good.

Time together that isn’t another meeting

Summer and Christmas parties. Informal socials and team celebrations throughout the year, part-funded by Wildfire. Snacks on tap. A fully stocked office bar. A darts team that takes itself just seriously enough.

Doing good business together

As a certified B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses working to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. It’s our commitment to using the business as a force for good.
