AI-powered startup Rainbird hires Wildfire for its next phase of growth

Technology PR agency Wildfire has been appointed as the strategic PR partner for artificial intelligence (AI) powered automated decision-making platform Rainbird.

Wildfire’s remit will involve building targeted brand awareness for Rainbird in the UK and USA, educating audiences on the various business cases for automated decision-making, and building the profile of the company’s leadership team.

Rainbird allows businesses to replicate and scale the knowledge and judgment of their best workers. The platform artificially mimics human-like decision-making to deliver consistent, nuanced, fully evidenced decisions that satisfy customer service and compliance obligations in a wide variety of use cases such as underwriting mortgages, detecting credit card fraud, and customer service chatbots.

Chris King, Agency Development Director at Wildfire, commented:

“Already recognised by Tech City UK as one of the country’s fastest-growing and most disruptive tech companies, Rainbird is an exciting addition to Wildfire’s client portfolio. While much of the current media hype surrounding AI tends to focus on machine learning, Wildfire will be helping Rainbird to showcase its value in automated decision-making where its platform can uniquely reason and make decisions much like humans do… only better.”

James Loft, CCO of Rainbird, said:

“Rainbird turns five in 2018. At this very important next phase in our growth and maturity, we wanted to find a credible PR partner with the technical expertise, influencer contacts, and intelligence to really challenge us and help us to raise our game and realise Rainbird’s huge potential. Wildfire certainly fits the bill and we’re looking forward to achieving great things together.”
