Senaptic appoints EML Wildfire to launch new approach to the Internet of Things

Posted on 18th June 2014 under New business

sen001Senaptic’s solution starts with the business case and presents an alternative to the traditional ‘network operator’, (which the company believes can stand in the way of enabling the huge IoT market opportunity). Senaptic works with its growing ecosystem of technology partners and regional licensees to deploy systems tailored to local needs, delivering business benefits right across the value chain.

Senaptic offers suites of technology and services, packaged for individual applications, and branded as ‘Apella’. Organisations are able to buy a complete ‘street lighting’ or ‘smart lighting’ IoT solution, for example, as well as solutions for a variety of other IoT applications. These solutions encompass everything from business case analysis through to consultancy, installation of the solution, and post-sales support.

Will Franks, CEO at Senaptic, commented: “The M2M and broader wireless industry experience of the team and their contacts and understanding of our proposition were key factors in our decision to work with them. We are enormously happy with the work that EML Wildfire has undertaken surrounding our launch so far and we are already seeing positive returns from the campaign. EML Wildfire has also been on-hand to provide advice and adapted its tactics in a flexible and intelligent way.

“We would wholeheartedly recommend EML Wildfire to anyone looking to appoint a world-class technology PR agency with an intimate understanding of radio technology, semiconductors and the Internet of Things.”
